Kiva denotes the name of a sacred place of our American ancestors (from South of North America, Central America and South America), where they used to go to make contact with the Earth,to gain fertility, being their universe, as a gratitude for all that mother Earth had given them.

We use ingredients of Colombian origin, mostly not used commercially. OUR objective is to REEVALUATE and UPGRADE the  traditional PRODUCTS of our ANDES, our COASTS and VALLEYS and Amazon . For such  a long time we have been exposed to copy pr follow foreign cuisines andthat brought a was the decline in consumption of local products and the ignorance of our new generations of the potential of many unique ingredients.

We support the  development of alternativet products that are part of the program of illicit  crop substitution led by the United Nations Office on drugs and crime-UNODC - Colombia.
